Why Mo built The 1% Club
Mo built his experience through property the practical way — finding deals, operating properties, building businesses and learning through both wins and expensive mistakes.
Over time, people around him began asking the same questions: how do I start, who do I trust, what should I focus on, and how do I actually move from learning into doing?
What started as a small group of ambitious Malayalis became The 1% Club.
